Bottom Lashes Extensions
Bottom Lash Extensions is a specialized service designed to enhance the beauty of your lower lashes. These extensions provide a natural and voluminous look to your lower lash line, complementing your overall eye appearance.
Please note that lower lashes tend to shed more frequently due to constant touching or habitual rubbing of the eyes. As a result, we recommend coming back for a touch-up every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness and longevity of your lower lash extensions. It's important to note that our lower lash extensions do not offer touch-up pricing, so each appointment will be charged at the new price.

Refill Policy for Existing Clients
**Refill appointments are scheduled by weeks based on the first day of the previous appointment:
2 week Refill (8th - 14th Day)
60% of lashes remaining required
3 week Refill (15th - 21st Day)
40% of lashes remaining required
4 week Refill (22nd - 28th Day)
30% of lashes remaining required
A new set would be considered if passed the 28th day period.
If client returns with lashes below our requirement guideline during the refill service,
it will be considered as a different week of refills depending on the amount of lashes remaining.
For example:
2 week less than 60% would considered as a 3 week refill.
3 week with less than 40% would considered as a 4 week refill.
Client returning for refills with less than 20% lashes will also consider as a new set.
Foreign Lash Touch-up Requirements

New clients with eyelash extensions from another salon are welcome! Please note that all first-time appointments with existing lashes from another salon will be charged at the Foreign Touch-up rate.
Requirements for Foreign Touch-up:
Must be within 2–3 weeks from your last appointment.
Must have at least 40% lash retention.
If lashes are over 3 weeks old or have less than 40% retention, a New Set will be required for quality assurance.
Note: Regular "Refill" pricing is exclusively for existing clients returning within the specified timeframe. For your first visit with us, please refer to the Foreign Touch-up price under each lash set category.
POLICIES
Scheduling Policy
For all appointments we require a $50 secure deposit at the time of booking; you may pay by venmo or zelle.
Please text us in regarding schedule an appointment. A text reminder will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
**Requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment should be made at least 24 hours in advance, and we can return the deposit to you. otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Late Policy
If you know you are late to your appointments, please contact us. We will hold the appointment 15 minutes when you noticed us.
Refunds / Returns
All services and products are nonrefundable.
Reactions and Sensitivities
If you currently are experiencing a reaction from lashes applied at another salon or have had a reaction to adhesive or lashes in the past, we will unfortunately not be able to conduct any services on you. Written permission from a physician is required to proceed with any future services.
